There are only 45 days till the 2006 All Chrysler Day!
Entrant Information
Times
Gates open at 6.30 AM.
Eligibility
Any vehicle that is Chrysler/Mopar badged and/or complianced is elegible to enter. Vehicles may be in original, restored authentic or modified condition. Hot rods and custom vehicles must be based upon and recognisable as a Chrysler product. Vehicles should be in reasonable condition. Damaged, partly painted or partly restored cars will not be admitted. This is due to the fact that the day is a "Show & Shine", and as such the Committee attempts to maintain a certain standard for the enjoyment of show spectators. This does not automatically exclude cars which are "daily drivers".
Entry Fee
Entry fee for pre-entrants is $15.00. Entry on the day is $20.00. This includes the driver & one passenger. Additional passengers over the age of 12 will be asked to pay the spectator fee of $3.00.
This entry fee is to display your vehicle only. To have your vehicle judged will incur a further cost of $10.00
Parking
All entrants will be asked at the gate if they are a member of a club and if they wish to be parked with that club. All other entrants will be directed toward one of the visitor display areas. Marshals wearing red or yellow jackets will direct entrants to their parking spot.
VEHICLE ENTRY GATE WILL CLOSE AT 11:00 am. No vehicles will be admitted after this time.
Speed Limit
For the safety of spectators there is a walking pace speed limit once past the entry gate. The NSW Police are in attendance to ensure the safety requirements are maintained. Pedestrians have right of way.
Registration
As soon as parking is completed all owners/drivers, regardless of whether judging is required or not, are requested to complete the registration form and take it to the official at the registration table. You will then be given a "goodies" bag and your window display card. Please place this card under your wiper as not only will it advise spectators as to the vehicle's details but it also lets the judges know if judging is required.
Trophies
Categories for this year are as listed and can be viewed by Clicking Here. Categories and number of prizes will be reviewed and maybe changed for the following year based on numbers attending this year. It is the entrants resposibility to ensure their vehicle is entered in the correct category. More information regarding owners responsibilities with regards to judging can be viewed by Clicking Here
Judging
By independent judges from the Council of Motor Clubs ( C.M.C ). Points are awarded for Exterior appearance, Engine bay and interior condition. The Judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. People wishing to have their vehicles judged should attempt to have their vehicles in place by no later than 9:30 a.m. Judging will be done on "Show 'n' Shine" basis (not Concourse).
Moving Out
No vehicle will be allowed to be removed from the display area until after the presentation of awards at approximately 3.30 - 4:00PM. In extreme cases a request for an early exit may be made to the organisers. No car is to be moved without a marshal being present.
Please Note that Alcohol is not permitted within the venue or car park.
